WORKSHOPS

True to its name, this workshop series will inspire you to Live Up! - to explore mindful and playful ways of connecting with yourself and your communities, and to learn best practices and skills for online and in-person engagement. Each workshop will become a space where you will be able to experience first-hand the process that you will then adapt for your communities. You will be actually collaborating and connecting with each other to learn by doing.

These workshops are guided by three main principles:

Emotional Education (establishing a deep emotional connection to yourselves);
Play and Creative Expression (actively playing and expressing creatively)
Multi-Generational Connection (helping to bridge gaps between generations)

Each workshop, using these principles, will explore a different theme. We’ll begin with “Healing,” move on to “Play,” and finally immerse ourselves in “Celebration.” The last workshop ties all of this together, so participants are able to solidify and expand a toolbox of practices to “take home.”

Details and Logistics:

Each workshop will be led by Karina Zilberman, held online through Zoom and run for 75 minutes. You can participate live or watch the recording on-demand afterwards. We highly recommend to participate live.
